Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services to individuals with autism in clinic, home, school, or community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement treatment plans, collect accurate data, and support skill development while reducing challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities include collaborating with families and team members, completing session notes, and participating in ongoing training to uphold ethical and agency standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Travel to multiple sites with reliable transportation required.
• Must pass health screenings and background checks including TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality 1:1 ABA services to clients with autism in clinic, home, school or community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implements individualized treatment and skill-building programs developed by a BCBA or supervising behavior consultant.
• Collects and maintains client data and documents services via session notes.
• Collaborates with caregivers, BCBAs and agency team members; participates in ongoing training.
