Job summary

Compass NOVA is hiring ABA Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 home and clinic-based ABA services for youth under 21 with autism and related disorders. You will support families through training and work under the guidance of BCBA/BCaBA supervisors to implement individualized treatment plans.

The role emphasizes data-driven evaluation, collaborative team support, and ongoing professional development, including extensive new hire training and supervision opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred; relevant experience also considered.
• High school diploma is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home and clinic-based ABA services for youth under 21 with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Support clients’ caregivers through trainings and coaching.
• Collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA supervisors to implement treatment plans as described in client programs.
• Document each session with clinical notes and data collection.
