Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings for children and adolescents under 21. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement treatment plans and engage caregivers for coaching and support.

The role offers hands-on experience, supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff, including insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field; experience with children or autism.
• Company-issued iPad and data collection system provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings for children/adolescents under 21.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and interventions.
• Engage caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication.
• Utilize video-based supervision to enhance clinical skills.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.
