Job summary

Synergen in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Compact Tract Loader Operator to support Continental Drilling and Service. You will operate a compact track loader, welding machine, and related equipment on job sites, perform manual labor, and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use.

This role requires a valid driver’s license for GVWR 10,001+ pounds and basic mechanical troubleshooting. Welding experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license for GVWR 10,001+ pounds.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Great organizational skills.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate compact track loader, welding machine, pump hoist, and pipe storage trailer.
• Perform manual labor duties.
• Operate welding machine on location and weld pipe as instructed.
• Follow all company standard operating procedures.
• Maintain inventory of critical spares on equipment and report malfunctions.
• Perform pre-, in-route, and post-trip inspections of commercial vehicles.
• Ensure equipment is kept clean and orderly at all times.
