StaffMode (Surge Hire) is seeking Equipment Operators for their client, a leading oil and gas technology company in Shreveport, Louisiana. This role involves operating equipment safely and efficiently, supporting rig operations, and maintaining high standards of safety and service quality.

Ideal candidates are adaptable, team-oriented, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic environment, with at least 3 years of operator experience or equivalent military background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a skilled operator or equivalent military experience.
• Basic PC literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite desirable.
• CDL with clean driving record; HAZMAT preferred.
• Ability to work legally in the US/Canada without sponsorship.
• Commitment to safety and QHSE compliance.
• Ability to perform manual labor and routine equipment maintenance.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a skilled operator or equivalent military experience

• Class A CDL (Class 5 license in Canada) with clean driving record and HAZMAT preferred
