Job summary

Barnhart Crane & Rigging in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Driver/Rigger to support daily crane operations, rigging, and job-site execution. This full-time role includes hauling counterweights and assisting with crane assembly and load control. You bring a CDL Class A, experience with rigging/heavy equipment, and ability to obtain a TWIC card.

Qualifications

CDL Class A required.
Experience in rigging or heavy equipment environments.
Experience with over-dimensional or heavy haul transport.
Ability to obtain a TWIC card.
Strong safety mindset and work ethic.
Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Support daily crane operations, including setup, rigging, and job-site execution.
Haul counterweights and equipment between yard and job sites.
Assist with crane assembly and breakdown.
Perform rigging, signaling, and load control during lifts.
Work on projects involving industrial equipment.
Operate in a mix of truck driving and on-site rigging work.
