Job summary

Builders Supply, A CRH company, is seeking a Loader Operator in Shreveport, LA. You will operate a front-end loader for groundwork, feed batch plants, and control material placement on job sites.

We value safety and reliability, requiring adherence to OSHA/MSHA policies, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work nights/weekends when needed. CDL/Hazmat endorsements are a plus, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA/MSHA safety rules and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front-end loader safely and efficiently.
• Grade incoming materials and feed batch plants with raw materials.
• Inspect equipment daily and perform minor servicing as needed.
• Follow manager directions and company policies; report issues.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees on operations and repairs.
