IEHP is seeking a Community Wellness Center Supervisor in Rancho Cucamonga. This role supports the day-to-day services and operations, serving as a key liaison to clients and partners. The supervisor ensures program alignment with organizational goals and quality benchmarks.

Candidates must have at least three years of supervisory experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Bilingual skills are preferred, along with knowledge of managed care and community resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience working with State Health Programs preferred.
• Understanding of multi-cultural communities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Community Wellness Center.
• Liaise with internal and external clients.
