Job summary

IEHP is seeking a Community Wellness Center Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality wellness programs across Riverside/San Bernardino Counties. You will coordinate programs, manage data collection, and liaise with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes LEAN practices, staff development, and patient/member experience standards within a Medicaid/managed care environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in supervision/lead capacity.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in health, social, or behavioral discipline.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal/managed care environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the Community Wellness Center in line with policies and SOPs.
• Oversee program planning, delivery, and quality benchmarks (HEDIS/MCAS).
• Supervise CWC staff, conduct performance reviews, and apply LEAN principles.
