Job summary

Total Life in Southern California is seeking a Longevity Ambassador to represent our mission across the region. You will conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults, build relationships with physician practices and residential partner sites, and serve as the friendly face of Total Life in the community.

Collaborate with our clinical teams, host outreach events, and help connect seniors with emotional wellness resources while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Genuinely extroverted and cheerful.
• Comfortable entering physician offices or residential communities without appointments.
• Warm, patient, and genuinely interested in older adults.
• Healthcare background or currently enrolled healthcare student.
• Available a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Comfortable using a CRM and standard phone/email tools.
• Able to transport and set up booth materials.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults to evaluate emotional, cognitive, and social well-being.
• Represent Total Life in the community and at partner sites as the local point of contact.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physician practices and senior living communities.
• Host longevity screening events at partner sites and help attendees book appointments.
• Collaborate with the virtual therapy team to ensure smooth transitions into care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and log outreach activity in the CRM.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program improvements.
