Aufgaben

• Serve as a key point of contact for residents and visitors while supporting administrative, reception, and engagement tasks.
• Schedule and conduct personalized new resident orientations with warmth and professionalism.
• Explain community access procedures for residents, guests, and contractors.
• Provide clear information about assessments, billing methods, payment options, and timelines.
• Educate residents on amenities, reservation processes, and available resources.
• Explain how to submit Architectural Review Committee applications for exterior changes.
• Act as an ambassador for The Landings, clarifying roles of The Landings Association, The Landings Real Estate Company, and the Golf and Athletic Club.
• Create and maintain onboarding materials and templates; maintain organized orientation records.
• Manage Sunset Room reservations and guide users on guidelines and contacts.
• Plan and coordinate Food Truck Friday events with vendors and park reservations.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities and keep a professional, welcoming office environment.
• Support other departments and respond promptly during emergencies and severe weather.
