OATS is seeking drivers in Mountain Grove, MO to transport seniors and people with disabilities using mini-vans, Ford Transits or a wide body bus. The role requires safety-minded driving and friendly, dependable service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Class E or CDL license required with no more than 4 points.
• Must pass U.S. DOT physical and road test.
• Must pass drug screening and undergo random testing.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using a tablet for trip information.

Responsibilities

• Assist riders on and off the bus with respect and courtesy.
• Secure wheelchairs and mobility devices per procedures.
• Maintain assigned vehicle cleanliness and good condition.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Complete required paperwork and submit on time.
• Attend routine paid training and follow all rules.
