Job summary

OATS Transit is seeking drivers to serve seniors and individuals with disabilities across Missouri. You will operate minibuses, Ford Transits, or wide-body buses, assisting riders on and off the vehicle and ensuring safe transport with wheelchair securement.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, using a tablet for trip updates, and adhering to all regulations. The role requires a minimum of 23 years old, a valid CDL, bondability, and a proactive, organized approach to a physically

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years or older.
• CDL with no more than 4 points.
• Able to pass a U.S. DOT physical and road test.
• Must pass drug screening and undergo random testing.
• Bondable and able to work independently with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist riders on and off the bus with respect and courtesy.
• Safely secure wheelchairs and mobility devices.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Use the in-vehicle tablet for trip info and times.
• Complete required paperwork promptly and attend training.
