Job summary

OATS is seeking a Driver to support our mission of providing essential transportation in Missouri. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety and dignity of riders, securing mobility devices, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

The ideal candidate is at least 23 years old, holds a Class E or CDL license, and is able to lift up to 50 pounds. This role offers 13 company-paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 23 years of age.
• Pass a U.S. DOT physical and road test.
• Must take and pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Treat riders with respect and assist them.
• Safely secure wheelchairs and other mobility devices.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
