Job summary

OATS Transit is seeking drivers in Missouri to operate mini-vans, Ford Transits, or large buses for a senior/disabled population. The role is non-exempt and paid hourly with flexible hours. You will ensure safety, assist riders, and maintain vehicle condition across diverse schedules.

Minimum age 23 with a valid Class E/CDL license and DOT physical. Willingness to pass drug testing, use a vehicle tablet, and complete training. Lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• CDL license (Class E) required with no more than 4 points.

Responsibilities

• Operate vans, transits, or buses for assigned routes.
• Assist riders on and off the vehicle with care.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues.
