Job summary

NANA is seeking a dedicated Digital Navigator to support tribal members in Alaska with affordable internet access, devices, and digital skills. This part-time role (averaging 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday) will base at the NANA Village Office and may include remote communications as needed to reach clients.

You will assess needs, guide clients to low-cost options, help apply for services, and track progress while contributing to outreach and program development within our Grant’s

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in customer service, outreach, or related experience.
• Ability to explain digital concepts clearly and patiently.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and learning new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Initiate interactions with clients seeking assistance.
• Assess clients’ access to technology and set goals for digital navigator services.
• Advise clients about low-cost home internet options and assist with applications.
• Provide information on affordable devices and repair options.
• Track client progress, maintain records, and report outcomes.
