Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation seeks a part-time digital navigator to assist Tribal members at the NANA Village Office in Alaska. You will provide one-on-one or small group support to access affordable connectivity, devices, and introductory digital skills, helping clients become proficient home internet users.

Responsibilities include guiding clients, tracking progress, and supporting outreach efforts. Minimum requirements: high school diploma and 6–12 months in customer service or related roles;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service, admin support, community outreach, tech support, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, internet navigation, and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Initiate interactions with clients seeking assistance.
• Discuss home internet access, device needs, and digital skills with clients.
• Assess clients' technology access, skill level, connectivity needs, and set goals.
