EON, Inc. is seeking a Community Support Supervisor to oversee assigned locations, supervise direct care staff, and develop client Program Implementation Plans. You will manage client finances, oversee medical appointments, and assist with household management duties.
The role requires a participatory leadership style and the ability to learn applicable rules and company policies, along with strong oral and written communication. Weekend/holiday coverage may be required.

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 32 hours of direct care per pay period. Weekends and holidays as needed.
The right person for this position will possess a participatory leadership style and support individual program plans. They may have experience with the development of service outcomes and supervising staff. They must have the ability to a bility to acquire understanding of all applicable Department of Human Services and/or Department of Health rules and regulations and company policies.
