Brightwater Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Community Support Program in Duluth, MN. This leadership role provides clinical supervision for ARMHS and TCM, reviews documentation, and supports staff in delivering ethical, effective services.

The position collaborates with program leadership and an Administrative Supervisor to strengthen team functioning, guide clinical practice, and ensure high-quality CSP services while maintaining a reduced caseload.

Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor for the Community Support Program provides clinical leadership and guidance to CSP providers delivering ARMHS and TCM services. This role provides clinical supervision and consultation, reviews and signs clinical documentation, and supports providers in delivering ethical, effective, and clinically sound services. The Clinical Supervisor works closely with the Administrative Supervisor and program leadership to support staff, strengthen team functioning, and ensure the overall quality and effectiveness of CSP services.

Duties:

• The Licensed Mental Health Professional will provide Clinical Supervision to the Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) and Targeted Case Management (TCM) Programs.
• Job duties include individual and group supervision, training, facilitating multidisciplinary meetings, comprehensive evaluations, and clinical review of Practitioner documents.
• This position includes maintaining a reduced individual caseload in addition to clinical supervision responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Professional.
• Must have clinical experience providing services to adults with mental and chemical health concerns.
• Must have the ability to learn and understand the documentation requirements for ARMHS and TCM.
• In addition to having the ability to work with a culturally diverse population, the MHP must possess the ability to work collaboratively with internal providers and external agencies.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals who have co-occurring disorders and individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness and serious and persistent mental illness.
• Some leadership experience and history of providing clinical supervision is desired.
