Full Time: Monday - Friday, day hours, 40 hours a week
CMMHC has a rewarding opportunity to serve as an Adult Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Practitioner within the Benton, Stearns, Sherburne, Wright County areas for our ARMHS program. The Adult Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Practitioner is responsible for home and community-based rehabilitative mental health services to individuals diagnosed with a mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
4,000 hours working with those with mental health, developmental disabilities, or chemical dependency diagnosis: which can be part- time over several years or 2 years full time.
Or
Holds a master’s degree or another graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
Or
Holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields and completes a practicum or internship or employment that (1) requires direct interaction with adults or children served, and (2) is focused on behavioral sciences or related fields (2,000 hours).
