Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) is seeking a Compliance / Design Review Coordinator to join our team in Colorado. You will act as a liaison between homeowners and the Design Review Board and uphold aesthetic standards across the community.

You’ll greet residents, answer inquiries, prepare and maintain reports, coordinate violation tracking, inspect properties, and support the Architectural and Community Standards Boards.

Qualifications

• Professional and adaptable with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner and commitment to customer service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet all homeowners upon entry and answer questions as needed.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails and other correspondence promptly.
• Create, update, and maintain reports as needed.
• Coordinate violation reporting and tracking, including verification and follow-up.
• Provide confidential administrative support to Design Review Board and Homeowners Association.
• Implement covenant enforcement and design review application process.
• Review and submit architectural design review applications.
• Prepare hearing outcome letters and send to residents.
• Inspect completion of design review approvals.
• Assist homeowners with understanding guidelines and submission process.
• Conduct weekly inspections of residential properties.
• Document and record all violations with accurate records.
• Support policies based on state statutes and governing documents.
• Assist landscape group/committee and participate in community events.
