Qualifications

• Proven ability to educate and assist homeowners on HOA processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents and vendors.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer literacy.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for occasional site visits.

Responsibilities

• Educate homeowners with materials and information.
• Perform compliance checks, document violations, and photograph as needed.
• Issue violations referencing property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Track and coordinate the HOA fine process.
• Review architectural requests for proper submission.
• Respond to resident inquiries via phone and email professionally.
• Submit work orders to maintenance staff and vendors.
• Process weekly debit card transactions and deposits.
• Greet residents, guests, and vendors at the association office.
