Job summary

Aids Services Of Dallas (ASD) is a Dallas-based nonprofit organization providing permanent supportive housing and wraparound services. The Community Services Supervisor will oversee outreach and program staff and deliver hands-on case management for residents to ensure high-quality services.

Reporting to the Director of Services, you will coordinate outreach, support program compliance, and cultivate relationships with residents and service providers to enhance service delivery across ASD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in case management, community outreach, or program support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned programs and staff, including outreach and program delivery.
• Provide direct case management support to residents and ensure quality service delivery across programs.
• Support program compliance, documentation, and data tracking.
• Represent ASD at community events and build relationships with partners and potential residents.
• Assist with enrollment, housing placements, and related activities.
