Job summary

ChildServe is seeking a Community Services Supervisor to lead daily supervision of Community Services, including Respite and Supported Community Living programs. You will ensure a therapeutic, healthy, and safe environment for children, families, and staff while ensuring quality assurance and program compliance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Experience in Respite and SCL services preferred.
• Experience working with children/young adults with special health care needs preferred.
• Demonstrate organized, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee child service coordination including intake, admissions, recertifications, scheduling and family service agreements.
• Implement and monitor individualized care plans ensuring quality care delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a key liaison for families with timely communication and support for attendance and scheduling.
• Lead workforce management by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling and supervising direct care staff.
• Drive service excellence through coaching, performance management, quality assurance, billing accuracy, retention and fostering an inclusive environment.
