The Village at Rockville, part of National Lutheran Communities & Services, is seeking a Community Services Concierge Supervisor to lead a frontline team and deliver exceptional, welcoming service to residents, families, and guests.

You will supervise the reception staff, ensure smooth communications, and coordinate events and daily operations in a mission-driven community setting.

Compensation: $26.75 – $32.25 per hour (final offer based on experience and qualifications)

What you’ll do

• Superviseandleadthecommunityreceptionists’team,providingguidance,support andregularfeedback.
• Ensureresidentandcommunitysatisfactionbydeliveringhigh-quality,customer-orientedservice.
• Coordinateroomscheduling,vendorrelationships,contracts,andmyPotentialCareCenterappointments.
• Maintaincommunicationsystems,includingtheResidentInformationCenter,mail/packagedelivery,directories,andcheck-insystems.
• ActasthemainpointofcontactforIndependentLivingresidentsandcollaboratewithinterdisciplinaryteams.
• Assistwithnewresidentmove-insandensureasmoothtransitionintocommunitylife.
• Planandimplementcommunityandprivateevents.
• Overseeteammemberschedules,conductperformanceevaluations,andresolveconflicts.
• ProvideadministrativesupporttotheResidentExperienceDirector.
• Other duties as assigned
