Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of concierge or guest services experience.
• At least 1 year in supervisory capacity.
• Leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident and community satisfaction by delivering high-quality, customer-oriented service.
• Coordinate room scheduling, vendor relationships, contracts, and myPotentialCareCenterappointments.
• Maintain communications systems, including the Resident Information Center, mail/delivered, directories, and check-ins systems.
• Act as the main point of contact for Independent Living residents and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist with new resident move-ins and ensure a smooth transition into community life.
• Provide administrative support to the Resident Experience Director.
• Other duties as assigned
