Job summary

The Village at Rockville is looking for a Community Services Concierge Supervisor to lead with purpose and commitment to excellence. In this full-time role, you will inspire and mentor a dedicated concierge team while ensuring exceptional service delivery and community connection.

You'll coordinate various operations, maintain communication systems, and support the Resident Experience Director. The position offers competitive compensation and outstanding benefits, including up to 5 weeks PTO,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a concierge or guest services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Previous leadership or management experience required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure resident and community satisfaction by delivering high-quality, customer-oriented service.
• Coordinate room scheduling, vendor relationships, and appointments.
• Provide administrative support to the Resident Experience Director.

Compensation: $26.75 – $32.25 per hour (final offer based on experience and qualifications)

What you’ll do

• Ensureresidentandcommunitysatisfactionbydeliveringhigh-quality,customer-orientedservice.
• Coordinateroomscheduling,vendorrelationships,contracts,andmyPotentialCareCenterappointments.
• Maintaincommunicationsystems,includingtheResidentInformationCenter,mail/packagedelivery,directories,andcheck-insystems.
• ActasthemainpointofcontactforIndependentLivingresidentsandcollaboratewithinterdisciplinaryteams.
• Assistwithnewresidentmove-insandensureasmoothtransitionintocommunitylife.
• ProvideadministrativesupporttotheResidentExperienceDirector.
• Other duties as assigned
