Job summary

Children & Families First is seeking a full-time Community Schools Site Manager to develop, coordinate and implement strategies for a multi-disciplinary team, supporting students and families. The role includes oversight of program staff, budgeting, documentation, and partnership development with schools and community partners.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in human services (Masters preferred), strong communication and leadership abilities, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human service field; master's preferred.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility to schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong working knowledge of computers and applications.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building ability.
• Knowledge of community resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and implement strategies for a multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide services including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and advocacy.
• Plan and facilitate community school offerings for students, parents, and community members.
• Budgeting and fiscal accountability.
• Lead staff in applying evidence-based practices.
• Prepare timely documentation, reports and records.
• Collaborate with schools, faculty, and community partners.
• Develop partnerships and oversee school advisory board.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and data.
• Monitor program operations and staff productivity.
