Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule.
• Interact with customers and co-workers to provide information and support.
• Demonstrate customer-focused selling and handle objections as part of training.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage accounts.
• Participate in training sessions and complete assigned coursework to advance to full CSM role.
