Job summary

Taylor Morrison is seeking Community Sales Managers in Training (CSMT) in Tampa, FL. This trainee program leads into Community Sales Manager roles, with a structured pace from 2 weeks to a full year based on experience and background.

You will participate in comprehensive training, shadow senior CSMs, and complete modules on products, features, and sales techniques, gaining hands-on experience in customer interactions and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License preferred (where applicable by state).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• High level of organizational and documentation skills.
• Customer service oriented and prioritise customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge about our homes, communities, and sales tools.
• Shadow experienced Community Sales Managers to observe best practices in the sales process.
• Complete assigned reading, online courses and training activities to enhance sales skills.
• Learn about product features and benefits and articulate value propositions to customers.
• Learn/proficient in various sales techniques: prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, closing deals.
• Develop CRM usage skills to track interactions and manage accounts.
