Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Customer service oriented and believe customer is number one priority.
• Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge about homes, communities, and sales tools.
• Shadow experienced Community Sales Managers to observe best practices.
• Complete assigned reading, online courses, and training activities.
• Learn product features and how offerings meet customer needs.
• Learn and master sales techniques including prospecting, presenting, handling objections, and closing deals.
• Practice effective communication and active listening to tailor solutions.
• Develop negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for customers and the company.
• Use CRM to track interactions and manage accounts; follow up with prospects.
• Participate in regular performance evaluations and set development goals.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned.
