Job summary

Taylor Morrison is seeking and training Community Sales Managers in Training (CSMT) in the Denver Metro area. The program begins with structured training to master the Taylor Morrison way, with duration tailored to background and can range from 2 weeks to a full year.

The role focuses on sales excellence, customer experiences, and development within the home buying process. As a CSM in Training, you will shadow seasoned managers, participate in sessions on product features, CRM usage, and sales

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License required (where applicable by state)
• Proficiency with Microsoft software applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• High level of organizational and documentation skills
• Customer service oriented and believe customer is number one priority
• Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge about homes and communities
• Shadow experienced Community Sales Managers to observe best practices
• Complete reading materials, online courses, and other training activities to enhance sales skills
• Learn about our Product and Feature: learn about the features and benefits of our homes and communities
• Learn/Master Sales Techniques: prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, closing deals
• Customer Relationship Management: follow up with prospects, manage accounts
• Performance Evaluation: set goals for personal development and track progress
• You are willing to perform other duties as assigned
