Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with homeless individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
• Permanent U.S. residency or citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular wellness checks to ensure participant safety.
• Provide access to meals and snacks for participants.
• Engage participants in harm reduction services as needed.
• Report security or safety concerns to management.
• Ensure services respect participants' self-identified gender identities.
