The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Community Safety Program Coordinator to support the implementation of programs and events within the Division of Community Safety Policy and Engagement (DCS) in the Comprehensive Injury Center (CIC).
You will coordinate logistics for meetings, help prepare materials, monitor priorities, and draft communications. Strong Zoom/Office skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with CIC Communications are essential.
The Community Safety Program Coordinator will support the successful implementation of programs, events, and other activities implemented by the Division of Community Safety Policy and Engagement (DCS) within the Comprehensive Injury Center at the Medical College of Wisconsin (CIC).
We are seeking a self-motivated team-player with experience supporting high-performing leaders and the implementation of virtual and in-person programs, meetings, and events. Mastery of Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint is required. Individual must be a service-oriented team-player with high attention to detail and ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence required.
Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. Work Environment Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment. Sensory Acuity Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
