Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site teams and driving property performance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent communication with residents, owners, and staff.
• Understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor on-site team; set goals and lead daily huddles.
• Hire, onboard, and train staff; evaluate performance per policy.
• Manage owner relationships; conduct property tours and share performance updates.
• Develop and monitor property budgets; analyze financial statements and market data.
• Drive leasing activity; enforce rent collection and financial reporting.
• Oversee maintenance and vendor management; ensure safety and appearance standards.
• Lead change initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects.
