Job summary

Nike, Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Detroit to be the face of NIKE and guide store teams in delivering exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes enthusiasm, product knowledge, and leading by example to create memorable shopper experiences.

You’ll manage daily store operations, assist customers, and help train staff while upholding Nike’s Service Principles. Competitive benefits and team events await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Learn and train on the latest Nike products and technologies.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
