The Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a Community Relations Representative to be the first point of contact for residents on-site, fostering positive relationships and resolving questions promptly. You will manage move-in and move-out processes, support resident retention, and coordinate with on-site teams to maintain shared spaces.

Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and proficiency with Google Suite are essential.

Formación

• Preferred education includes a HS diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid California driver's license and the ability to travel between communities daily.

Position Summary

The Community Relations Representative serves as the first point of contact for resident interactions on-site. This role focuses on fostering positive relationships, managing communication, ensuring smooth move-in and move-out processes, resident retention and promptly resolving customer questions and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer’s needs, addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards.
• Completes all administrative resident services tasks and ensures they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform.
• Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.

Preferred Education

• High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements

• Travel between communities may be required daily.
• Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)

Compensation

• Base Pay Range: $21.35 - $27.07
• Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
• The Company also offers competitive benefits for full time employees including paid time off, matching 401(k), and health benefits.
