Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a Community Relations Representative to serve as the first point of contact for residents on-site at Promenade (Irvine, CA). You will foster positive relationships, manage communications, and help with move-ins/move-outs while driving resident satisfaction and retention.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills.

Position Summary

The Community Relations Representative serves as the first point of contact for resident interactions on-site. This role focuses on fostering positive relationships, managing communication, ensuring smooth move-in and move-out processes, resident retention and promptly resolving customer questions and concerns.

Preferred Education

• High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements

• Travel between communities may be required daily.
• Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)

Compensation

Base Pay Range:$23.03 -$29.23

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
