Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Community Relations Representative in Illinois to build and nurture relationships with local dentists, schools, churches, and community organizations. You’ll collaborate with clinic teams to drive referrals, manage local marketing initiatives, and track results to grow patient intake.

You’ll participate in events, handle co-marketing efforts, and help maintain CRM data while supporting promotions for openings and campaigns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in B2B or field sales with a focus on referrals.
• Internal: Six months with Smile Doctors or affiliated practice.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales/CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dentists, healthcare professionals, schools, churches, and community organizations to foster referrals.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to drive referrals and new patient exams.
• Partner with sales/marketing leadership to create local marketing strategies and social media campaigns.
• Develop, manage, and track local marketing budgets while monitoring monthly spend.
• Host joint events and co-marketing initiatives to increase visibility and referrals.
• Participate in community events to boost brand awareness and referrals.
• Support clinics with events and promotional activities to attract new patients.
• Maintain CRM records of referral activity and event participation.
• Track performance metrics such as referrals and new patient exams.
