Smile Doctors in Norman, OK is seeking a Community Relations Representative to build and maintain relationships with local dentists, community groups, schools, and organizations to drive referrals to our orthodontic offices.

You will collaborate with clinic teams to create and implement local marketing strategies, manage budgets, host events, and track activity to support practice growth and patient acquisition.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in B2B sales, field marketing, or related role.
• Internal: Six months with Smile Doctors or affiliated practice.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain relationships with dentists and community organizations to foster referrals.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to drive referrals and new patient exams.
• Partner with Regional Manager of Sales and Marketing to implement local marketing strategies.
• Develop and manage local marketing budgets and events for each team/location.
• Input and track referral activity and community engagement in CRM; report on metrics.
