Job summary

Upscale Home Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Community Relations Liaison to be the primary voice of the agency. You will meet with doctors, hospitals, and local groups to share our story and bring in clients who need care.

You will build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, senior centers, and rehab facilities, visit health fairs and events, and explain home care options to nurses, doctors, and families. This role plans growth strategies and tracks referrals daily.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
Strong people skills and ability to communicate clearly with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

Be our voice: share the mission with local groups and leaders.
Make friends: build relationships with hospitals, clinics, senior centers, and rehab facilities.
Go to events: attend health fairs, networking meetings, and community gatherings.
Teach others: explain home care options to nurses, doctors, and families.
