Job summary

Upscale Home Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Community Relations Liaison to connect with doctors, hospitals, and local groups to share our mission and grow referrals. You will represent the agency in the community and help seniors and veterans stay in their homes.

You will visit health fairs and network with facilities, explain home care options to clinicians and families, and collaborate with the main office to plan growth. A high school diploma is required and some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degrees are a plus.
• Experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to travel to local meetings with a valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

As our Community Relations Liaison, you will be the main voice of our agency. You will meet with doctors, hospitals, and local groups to share our story and bring in new clients who need care.

What You Will Do

• Be our voice: Share our mission and services with local groups and leaders.
• Make friends: Talk to hospitals, clinics, senior centers, and rehab facilities to build strong bonds.
• Go to events: Visit health fairs, networking meetings, and community gatherings.
• Teach others: Explain our home care options to nurses, doctors, and families.
• Find new clients: Bring in new referrals to help our agency grow.
• Plan new ideas: Create smart ways to get our name known in the city.
• Keep track: Write down your daily visits, calls, and new partner contacts.
• Work together: Meet with our main office team to plan new growth steps.

What You Need

• School: High school diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor degree is a plus.
• Past work: Sales, marketing, outreach, or customer service experience preferred.
• People skills: Great at talking, listening, and making friends easily.
• Good communication: Clear speaking and writing skills.
• Drive: Able to work on your own and reach your goals.
• Computer use: Know how to use Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Travel: A reliable car and a valid license to drive to local meetings.
