Job summary

Upscale Home Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Veteran Community Relations Liaison to connect with veteran organizations, VA clinics, and local groups. You will be the voice of the agency, sharing our care options and benefits to help veterans access services.

You will attend events, build partnerships, and develop outreach strategies to raise our profile among Phoenix veterans while tracking visits and contacts to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Sales, marketing, outreach, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be our voice: share our mission with veteran-focused organizations and leaders.
• Make friends: talk to VA clinics, VFW and American Legion posts, and other veteran groups to build bonds.
• Go to events: attend veteran resources fairs and local networking meetings.
• Teach others: educate veterans, families, and care providers about home care options and benefits.
• Find new clients: bring in veteran referrals to grow the agency.
• Plan new ideas: create outreach strategies to raise awareness among Phoenix veterans.
• Keep track: log daily visits, calls, and partner contacts.
• Work together: collaborate with the main office to plan growth steps.
