Lifesteps, Inc. is seeking a Public Relations Representative to join our Butler, PA office in a full-time role. The position focuses on fundraising and building donor relationships while coordinating events, media engagement, and community presence.

The role includes maintaining donor files, generating reports, and processing acknowledgements. Travel may be required; the candidate should be reliable and service-oriented.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED with 2 years of sales, non-profit development, communications, fundraising, or public relations experience
• Excellent verbal communication and written communication, including editing and proofreading
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Current and valid Drivers License and automobile insurance
• Ability to travel using own vehicle - mileage reimbursement possible

Responsibilities

• Fundraising and community relations to strengthen donor relationships and meet goals
• Coordinate events and fundraisers including planning and logistics
• Manage donor files, generate reports, and issue acknowledgements
• Engage with media and represent Lifesteps at events
• Support volunteer engagement, expo coordination, and agency history/photos
