Lifesteps Inc. is seeking a Public Relations Representative to join our Butler, PA team in a full-time role. You will help strengthen donor relationships, coordinate events, and support media engagement to advance Lifesteps' mission.

The position emphasizes community outreach, donor stewardship, and reporting, with a focus on delivering engaging communications and coordinating logistics for fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED with 2 years of sales, nonprofit development, communications, fundraising, or public relations experience.
• Associate/Bachelor degrees preferred in PR/Marketing/Comms/Journalism/English.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising and community relations to strengthen donor relationships and achieve fundraising goals.
• Coordinate events and fundraisers including planning, logistics, and outreach to donors.
• Maintain donor files in a database, generate reports, and process donation acknowledgements and thank-you letters.
• Engage in media outreach and represent Lifesteps at events to promote the agency's mission.
