Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. in Mooresville, IN is seeking a Recruiter to manage all recruiting activities within the facility.

You will place advertisements, organize job fairs, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and drive the hiring process from offer to onboarding, building an ongoing candidate pipeline. This role requires collaboration with hiring managers, familiarity with ATS/HRIS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or related field.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans and deliver orientations.
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications.
• Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding.
• Create an ongoing candidate pipeline.
• Manage paperless recruiting operations.
• Monitor effectiveness of ad campaigns.
• Participate in job fairs and community events.
