Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. and its Staff Management | SMX brands are seeking a Recruitment Support II to manage recruiting within a facility in Indiana. You will place advertisements, attend job fairs, and develop a strategic plan to keep operations fully staffed.

The role emphasizes partnering with hiring managers, screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing offers and onboarding, and building an ongoing pipeline through local events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
• Develop and execute a recruitment plan and deliver effective orientations
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications
• Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding
• Create an ongoing candidate pipeline
• Monitor the effectiveness of all ad campaigns
• Participate in job fairs and community events
