Job summary

TrueBlue is seeking a Recruiter in Pittsburgh, PA to lead recruiting activities within a facility, place ads, and attend local job fairs. You will interview candidates and drive a strategic recruitment plan to ensure all partner operations are fully staffed.

The role requires 2+ years in recruiting, ATS/HRIS proficiency, and strong communication skills; competitive hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or related field.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans and deliver orientations.
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews and manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding.
• Create an ongoing candidate pipeline and monitor ad campaigns.
