Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience in recreation or related field.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• If supervising children, Level 2 Background Check within 30 days.
• If fitness program, personal training certification within 6 months.
• Front desk role requires customer service and cash handling experience.
• Valid Florida driver license within 30 days of hire.
• Associates degree in recreation, education, business, public administration, or related field desired.

Responsibilities

• Assists with operations and activities of assigned recreation program area.
• Assists with community outreach to promote recreation programs.
• Provides daily, monthly, and annual facility maintenance.
• Assists management with reporting and data analysis.
• Attends job-specific training classes as assigned by supervisor.
