Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of work experience in recreation or related area.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Level 2 Background check if role supervises children within 30 days.
• Valid Florida driver's license within 30 days of hire.
• Associates degree in recreation, education, business, public administration, or related field desirable.
• Front desk duties include customer service and cash handling; able to answer high-volume calls.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties including in-person customer service, cash handling, and high-volume phone queues.
• Assist with patron registrations, facility rentals, and activity rosters.
• Assist with recreation program operations, events, and maintenance support.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and daily administrative tasks.
• Participate in community outreach and ensure excellent customer service.
